Clinical or non-clinical?
Clinical therapy involves licensed psychologists working with formally diagnosed mental health conditions such as OCD, bipolar disorder or severe depression, under a treatment protocol.
Non-clinical counselling supports people managing everyday emotional and relational challenges — stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties — without requiring a psychiatric diagnosis.
Both services are professional, structured and evidence-informed. You do not need a referral or a diagnosis to begin, and moving between the two is straightforward if your needs change.
